  • Head to Epidaurus, a visit to the Sanctuary of Asklepios at Epidaurus
  • Hiking on the mountains
  • Yoga classes in nature
  • Visit archaeological sites such as Ancient Olympia
  • Learn about the Mediterranean Diet
    • Medicinal plants & herbs: Herb picking, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants

INSTRUCTORS

Prof. Trenton Judson, Jarvis University

Trenton McKay Judson grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is the Department Chair of Humanities and Arts at Jarvis Christian University. He is a certified yoga instructor and independent film maker. He writes character-driven fiction, films, poetry, performance poetry, plays, and music. He lives in Texas with his wife Prapasiri and their daughter Isabelle.
